 If you are looking for a custom built structure, we can build to the plastered finish working with our own electricians and plumbers if needed. Please note these buildings are similar to an extension to your house.

If you're happy with the fee, We arrange a visit to see the potential work, give a written quote and do any measurements that we need then discuss ideas, what we can do for you.
We will give you a written quote sheet on our visit if we need more time to look for materials and research for other options we will email you your quote asap.  
We ask for a portion of the over all price to be paid on jobs before we start work. This payment will partially cover material costs that will be incurred on your work. All customers who make material payments are  instantly given a receipt with how much they have paid and how much is left to pay once the job is fully completed. Material payments can be made by cash, bank transfer.  We take material payments on all jobs that incur a lot of material costs as this gives us piece of mind and also gives you a secure book in date of when work will start.
On completion of the work. We accept payment in the following methods. 
  1. Bank transfer
  2. Cash
  3. Cheque (There is a £10 charge for cheques due to running costs)
  4.  Visa Debit Card payments at 1.6% fees apply
Payment is to be made before we leave the property.

You will then be given a Smith & Sons receipt after payment has been made. You can choose a written receipt or an email receipt.​​
